Code Audit

A focused technical review for teams who want experienced eyes on the code before the next decision.

A practical first step before a bigger refactor, rescue or rebuild.

Who this is for

This works well for founders, product leads and teams who want a clearer technical read on an existing app, MVP or codebase before committing to broader refactoring or development work.

Founders with an MVP

You want an experienced opinion on code quality, delivery risk and what should happen next.

Teams inheriting code

You need a practical review before taking over, extending or stabilising an existing product.

Products under pressure

You are feeling release risk, technical debt or architectural confusion and want a grounded assessment.

What the audit includes

Audit preparation

We confirm what you want reviewed, what access is needed and which areas matter most to your current decisions.

Written report

We review the codebase and provide a written report covering the key findings, risks and prioritised recommendations.

30-minute follow-up call

We talk through the findings, answer questions and help you decide whether to fix, refactor or rebuild.

What we can look at

The audit is for native iOS, native Android and Flutter codebases. It can help with architecture concerns, code quality, release readiness, inherited apps and AI-generated or rushed mobile products. The goal is not a performative teardown. The goal is to give you useful technical clarity.

Code quality and maintainability

Where the code is fragile, hard to extend or likely to slow delivery down.

Architecture and technical risk

How the current structure supports or blocks the next stage of product work.

Refactor priorities

What is worth fixing now, what can wait and what may need a bigger rethink.

This is a focused review, not an exhaustive audit of every part of a large codebase. We prioritise the areas that matter most, identify the main risks and provide practical next steps.

Price

£300 + VAT

Payment is taken upfront and confirms the audit.

If you go on to hire Eager Logic for qualifying future work, that £300 is credited against the next paid engagement of £1,500 + VAT or more.

This keeps the audit useful as a standalone piece of work, while still making it a sensible first step if a larger engagement follows.

How it starts

Send the enquiry with a few details about the codebase and what you want reviewed.

If the audit is a good fit, we will send the payment details and confirm the access and information needed to begin.

Once we have everything required from you, we aim to complete the written report within 5 working days. The 30-minute follow-up call is then arranged at a convenient time.
